 
The beach of Barbati is situated approximately 20 km north of Corfu town. It is a beautiful long pebbled beach in the settlement of the same name awarded with the blue flag, the European guaranty for cleanliness. The beach proposes umbrellas sun beds rentals, and boat hire facilities. Barbati is one of the most frequented Corfu beaches, as it is long, sandy and sheltered from the winds. It is located beneath the highest Corfu Mountain of Pantokrator and is approached by a steep road. Visitors are provided with a large number of hotels, apartments, studios and rooms to let, as well as restaurants, tavernas and cafes.
